    Ill be arriving about the same time as Quinnn and Kay, and departing a few hours after, just cause it was super early, or a few hours after them... I should be ok though, I can read and eat something while I wait...

    Speaking of which, since Bobby and Quinnn will be driving from the airport, can we try to schedule everyone to arrive/depart around the same timeframe? It'll make things much easier what with gas prices and all.

     

    Also, if anyone can think of anything we need to have but can't fly with, post it! Perhaps one of the mods will help compile the list in the top thread! A few we've thought of so far:

    • chairs
    • coolers
    • stereo
    • fans
    • blankets/pillows/sheets
    • pots/pans/cooking utensils
    • camping stove
    • one air mattress (so far)

    If anyone can think of any others, feel free to add!

    good good, i hope everyone is making their flights at this time... I'm going to wait at the airport till everyone is there. So we do not have to drive to cabin and back again

    Oh, and we decided to all wear a BAF t-shirt on the day of arrival, so we can easily find each other in the masses of people!

    And Bobby: as our list of supplies grows, would you let us know what you can get, and what we need to bring?

    I was thinking we should buy toiletries there, maybe a commnuity bottle of shampoo/conditioner kind of thing, since the airlines have crazy rules...

    the only problem with that is that we're going to have to all pay extra to have them shipped prior to the bbq. it might be easier to pass them out when we get there. i dunno, i'm just not wanting to spend a buttload more money.
