    So heres the details:

    Time is up! List in post below is final!!!

    Friday September 5- Sunday September 7 In Austin, TX,

    PM me if you're interested in going and I can give you more detail. We have one cabin already, it sleeps 6, so if we need another cabin Ill have to reserve that based on attendance.

    Edit* Its going to be between $30-50 per person for the cabin(s), they have to be paid for upfront, and since we are having to rely on each other to cover costs this is non-refundable. Please paypal your deposit to bluebananaeater@hotmail.com. Then you will be checked off as paid! Also, any surplus of money from the deposits will first go to cover the rental car(s) and possibly other "community" items that we will need.

    Let us know by July 1st (includes deposit) if you are coming. Bobby is being very generous and bringing us some things we need, so we need to give him plenty of time to aquire everything.

     cost of the cabins can range from $30 to $50ish per person depending on how many people come.  If we fill a cabin, obviously it will be cheaper.

    Well then consider this my "maybe." My nephew is due to be born September 9, and I don't want to miss that (obv), so I'm trying to gauge my sisters reactions to being gone so close to her due date.

    Also, can I ask how much everyone's plane tickets were and through whom?

    maybe if everyone's early birthday present to me is money, i could afford tickets. then my obstacle would be convincing the parents to let me miss the first 3 days of school.

    Why would you be missing 3 days of school?  Do you go to school on weekends?  The bbq is Friday September 5th thru Sunday September 7th.

    I would probably miss thursday and monday too though if I went, thursday to get ready/travel, and monday to sleep in recovering from a busy weekend lol
