My friend recently stretched from a 2g, which she's had for at least 5 months, to a 0g. I was with her while she was in the process of it, and one plug went in great; the other one went in with a loud pop.

About 4 days after she stretched, she said she was at work and saw her ears were pussing and bleeding a bit. I told her to take the plugs out and downsize back to her 2g but she said everything was fine once she took her earrings out and cleaned her ears.

When asking about her ears a couple days ago, she said they were fine and I shouldn't worry. According to her it's "normal" (which I told her it wasn't) because her ex-boyfriend (who never stretches himself and always has our local piercer do it) has the same problem.

If she stays at a 0g should her ears be okay? I saw them and there didn't look to be any tearing, but I'm just paranoid.

 Anytime you stretch there should be NO bleeding. She should downsize at least back to a 2g.

I keep telling her to do so. Unfortunately she isn't listening to me. According to her, it's her "sensitive" ears being fiesty.

 Then let it be her fault?

That's my attitude about my friend/people i know. 

all you can do is:

1.Let her alone to fuck up her own ears, and they say, "Neener neener neener, told ya so!" 

-or-

2. Show her some gross stuff on teh interwebs(ie blowout slideshow)-or-

3.Annoy her about it until she either downsizes or kills you.
