double nostril, medusa, or septum

    And all of the above would suit you so well. I'd get the other nostril done since you already have one, but really, any of your listed piercings are great choices. I'd get them all at some point if I were you, haha.

    you have great lips, have you thought about anything there? Vert labret prehaps? i think that would look great
    currently: 2g lobes (2), 8g helix, 8g septum, 8g inner conch, 16g Traguses (2), 18g pair high nostrils and going strong!
    Future: 12g inner conch (left, 2), 12g outer labia (right 2), triangle, 14g medusa, 14g right standard nostril
    Retired: 10g VCH...come back some day! : (

    I think it'd look kinda funny if you got a medusa without getting the second nostril done 'cause it'd be like, a symmetrical piercing sitting really close to an assymetrical one. AKA: Get both. ;)

    I really like double nostrils on you. Most of the time I don't like rings with double nostrils, but it would suit you very well. Go for it, and add the others later, they'd work well together.  

    Will knit/crochet for pretties. Seriously, try me. I like shiny ^.^

    thank all of you for your help/suggestionsSmile. i think i am going to go ahead and get my right nostril done first.

    i want it to be symmetrical when i go ahead and get the others.

     im still not sure how i feel about double nostrils with rings. think it would work?

    i was actually thinking about a vertical labret, but my parents didnt go for that. Sad plus my brother just got it, and he also has his nose pierced...

    Oh noes, my identity's been stolen! :)

    I really think sometime in the future you should consider a verticle labret.  Not to mention, a vertical labret would look adorable with a medusa, double nostrils, and a septum.

    +1 for symmetry. Get your second nostril and then a medusa.

    i'm jealous of your bangs, but i have really thin hair so i don't think the shorter bangs would " mesh " well, then again, i'm desperate for a little change.  actually i just want your hair. trade? mine is purple.

    1/2" lobes, 6g seconds, 6g conches, 10g septum [ dedicated to MichaelWong ] , monroe, tongue, "snakebites" [ or whatever you kids are calling them these days. ] 8 tattoos so far, although seven of them will be blended together eventually. wishing for more.

     Thanks for the update. :D I think the double nostrils really suit you well. a philtrum is always a good choice to go with double nostrils. :) I rock out the combo with double nostrils/philtrum
