Sorry there are like 12 bbq topics, I'm just making this a topic onto itself so it's easier to keep track of.

 There will be a deposit collected to go towards renting the cabins, I'm not sure how much or how we're gonna work that out yet, to rent the cabins and after a certain date if you back out you dont get your deposit back. So don't say yes unless you really are sure you can go.

Ok the three choices for dates are:

June 12-16

July 25-28th

July 31st-August 4th

Just reply Yes or no to whether or not you can go to each date. On May 1st I'll go through and see which date has the most Yes's and that will be the date.

In good news, it looks like Eric will be able to make whichever date with me, as long as he has recovered from Pitchfork by then, and doesn't have too much homework.

we may not even need a cabin.  a motel room would do just fine.

I second this motion... Instead of trying to find some fancy place to stay there are all sorts of motels and hotels that are 50 dollars a night. Motel 6 has rooms that have 2 full size beds or one queen for 50 dollars a night. You can probably fit 4+ people in the double full rooms. That would be CHEAP ;)
