For my birthday my friend took my down to Infinite in Philly and I got my labret done at 12g, knowing that I'd be stretching it at some point anyway.

 Sadly, as I browse the jewlery selection I find my choices for 12g labret jewelry very limited.  No lippy loops, no cute little stars...  I seem to be stuck with boring 3 piece internally threaded neometal labret studs* with nice but still kind of plain options for balls.  GWS makes some nice labret stuff but alas BAF doesn't carry it (or they do and the selection is REALLY limited at the smaller gauges, I can't remember right now).  

 So, here I am with this lovely labret piercing which I LOVE and nothing to put in it because it's too large for the novel stainless stuff and too small for the really dynamic glass and plugs.  Right this second I have a long GWS colorfront in it, backwards, as my body seems to like glass MUCH more than stainless and I'm less likely to scrape the enamel off my teeth with glass while getting used to having the piercing.

 You folks with "mid-sized" labrets, jewelry mavens, concerned bystanders, etc., thoughts, comments, suggestions, commiserations?

We gotcha covered. Anything we make in 14ga can be made in 12ga. 

i second the anatometal motion. also, industrial strength has some nice options.

when you get into the less common gauges for some piercings, you have to look a bit harder to find what you want. contacting companies directly to find out what they have is a good way to get what you're looking for. if you go for the general, economy priced jewelry, you won't find much for the larger sizes.

Yea, you can get 12g ends from most American companies. But if you're looking for cheap "junk" in 12g nobody makes it (at least that I know of).
