she stretched to a 4 in january and got a rip.

then last month she went to a 2 and got a blowout.

it seemed to heal pretty good, so she went from a metal bar to a silicone plug and had them in for about a week.

today she went to oil up her ears and took out her right plug [ear that had rip and blowout].

it was covered in puss and blood, so she went to clean it with qtips and bactine she said it was really painful and burned. then she pushed the metal 2 through it, but not without having to really push, it closed up a bit in a few minutes time. under the hole, her lobe is really hard and swollen.

does anyone know what to do and what it is??

First, she needs to take her plugs out and give her ears a break! After a blowout and fast stretching, she should have been waiting 5-6 months for the tear/blowout to heal.  But back to the point, she needs to take out her plugs and let her ears shrink as much as possible.  Sea salt soaks for ten minutes everyday are a must (mix warm water with non-iodized sea salt, so that it tastes only as salty as tears, use a cup or a shot glass and dip the lobe in for a good 10 minutes).  No more stretching for at least 5-6 months, let those lobes heal.  If she does want to oil her ears, I would suggest emu oil, it is sold here and its safe to use on lobes that are not healed.

(im erin's friend) and today i am taking my 2 plug out after a shower, doing a SSS and putting a 4g plug in.

 one ear is a 2 and one will be a 4 lol but i don't care.

She should go down, maybe to an 18 or 16 g titanium CBR even... but she needs to keep something in there incase it is an abscess, you dont want to seal the infection in. Clean it regularly, and see a doctor if it doesn't clear up, she may need minor surgery or antibiotics. Like everyone said, she should have gone slower, and taken a long time to heal after the blow out. I hope she is being more patient now

not mucn pain at all. little soreness when i tried to stick a qtip through it.

i oiled it up and put a 2 back in since it fit fine.

i know theres no abscess because its not hard all the time, only yesterday after i cleaned it.

i can touch it and all that with no pain or puss or blood.

why the hell did you stick a qtip through your healing ear? & you should probably not take jewelry out for your sss...

there was a lot of gunk at the back of it. i didnt stick it through all the way.

 Must have thought it would have helped to clean it out. buahaha.

Still you shouldn't have even done it if there was "gunk" in your lobes... Maybe all of the blood and scar tissue is what you thought of as gunk... Anyways if you want to go to 5/8 you will have to downsize futher and also not stretch for a couple of months. Scar tissue builds up extreamly fast and one of the only ways to get rid of it is downsizing and time.
