I've seen a few example pictures where people have layered two earskins, one inside the other. Can someone who has done this tell me what the size difference between the earskins should be? I was guessing that a the inside earskin would be 1 mm smaller, but I want to make sure before I buy : D

The next smallest size would usually fit, from what I know.

my 4g earskins fit inside my 2g earskins.

i don't have pictures or anything..and thats the only two sizes i've had earskins in.

I have tried layering my 4g earskins inside 2g ones as well, it worked.

Does anyone know if the sizes that skip 2mm (for instance, 7/16" and 00g, 0g and 2g) will layer correctly? 

iirc kaos man used to have a picture of one of each size (in black) nested inside of each other.  there were a few odd gaps. 

Well, if I'm remembering correctly from a few months ago, my 14mm (9/16") earskins fit comfortably inside my 16mm (5/8") earskins. 

 

my 00g fit fine in my 7/16", I dont have any other sizes of earskins to know the difference tho, lol

i wear 00g earskins inside my 7/16 ones so i can wear my hippo earrings more securely 

I've done the 6g in the 4g in the 2g combo (white black white)...looked pretty cool but it was considerably harder to put in than just the single since you can't fold it or squish it that much. good luck trying it out.

 I've never used earskins before.. but would it not have been easier to go ahead and start with the 2g already in ear, then insert the 4 into the 2, and then the 6 into the 4?  rather than to do it all as one piece...

yes..but then the conundrum is how to get it out? ;)
