aarrgh! i'm so upset. they restocked the clear and black earskins AFTER i placed my order! those were the two that i wanted to order in the first place, but went with pink and white instead.

So in my last order I picked out some 1/2" white original kaos. Well, they had miscounted or something, so they ended up on backorder with the rest of my order getting shipped out. I e-mailed them back saying I'd settle for clear and I guess that shipped last friday and got here today.

Well, they're 00g, not 1/2"... kinda useless to me. Can anyone who's had this happen to them before explain what happens next? I already reported the thing on my invoice, but I'm wondering what goes on now? Don't they like, send the right thing in an envelope with a return mailer for the wrong jewelry or something?

And also, since the first order and the shipping of the wrong plugs, 1/2" white kaos is back in stock as of yesterday apparently. Do you think I could get what I originally wanted now?
