I'm going to start setting up a reservation poll soon that will ask who is coming for the whole time, and who is just there for the weekend. It'll be up next week after everyone's had time to check these dates.

The only problem I have with them is Eric might not be able to come at that time

Ok, now that we have the dates we really need to know who can come for sure and who is pretty sure they can come and stuff of that nature so we can reserve the cabins.

many people have jobs and obligations and a weekend away is much more doable than those days.   

I think it would be easier for people to come to if It was 4-5 days (almost typed 4-5 gays lawl) including a weekend. I thought that was what he had discussed in the beginning, and a lot of people said that they would only be able to come for the weekend part at that time as well.
