Okay folks, I know it's pretty early but since it's so far away I figured starting this now would give more people time to figure out a way to come.
We need to figure out exactly how many people are going to come.

When:July 25-28(subject to change slightly)
Where: Due to some security concerns, and increased traffic on the boards, some of us felt it was safer to keep the location to ourselves, and not leave all of it out in the open for browsers. Please bookmark it for your references, and if you need it, you can always PM Lindsey, Dani, or Quinnn. We are going to remove references to the specific location in the thread, so please help to respect this decision by not referring to it directly or by linking.

they have cabins and aren't too far from austin. 5 and 6 person cabins will cost about $17-18 a day per person.

I personally would like to go for a week (5 days). Most of us can save up $100 in 7-8 month's time (I hope).

As far as days go, August or June are much less easy for me to go.

I was thinking it should be sometime in July, because most people that are in school are out by then.

I'll be in Summer Session again this year, which will be June 9 - July 31. It is POSSIBLE that I will be able to go. No guarantees, but it's more likely than this year was. I'll ask tonight (or tomorrow if I get back from class too late).

I'll need a budget bracket (excluding airfaire... so hotel/campgrounds/whatever, food, activities, etc).

i wouldn't be able to go until august because, like emma, i'll be in summer session. i would love to go to texas, and my boyfriend may even join us (he has friend in austin).

well if we go to the place quinn just suggested it'd be around 85$ for 5 nights. And Activities..i dunno yet, depends on what we want to do.

Bwah! I definitely want to go to this one!! My summer is pretty much open from mid-May to the end of July. So, no foreseen conflicts here. I'll just need to know exactly when/where/whatnot in time to plan.
